Backstory[]

Early Life[]
Yuan was born to Ari Horizonborne and Tsugiharu Uesato. His mother, Ari, was half Jayoyoshi, a sub-type of Silkies, and half Oni. His father, Tsugiharu, was a half-Oni half-human and was a minor descendant of the Aiikoai family. As both of his parents had long lifespans, Yuan was born with the rare Immortalitus blood curse. Tsugiharu would later be murdered when Yuan was very young, and he would care for by his maternal family in NinLan Lake, the Jayoyoshi's home.
When he was ten, he would be taken from his mother by the nearby villagers, who mistook him for a child kidnapped by the water demons.
Coming to Xiaoqing[]
Ari would then try to flood the village, in order to get Yuan back, though the village would be evacuated by the Aiikoai clan, and was supposed to be sent to Kogane No Yosai, the base of the Aiikoai clan, to become a servant to Lord Fusanosuke, though he escaped to a nearby village, that happened to be owned by the Sykow clan. The village Lord, Ru-Yao Sykow of Qi, would find Yuan hiding in the bushes of his summer estate, and would send him to Zhiruo Sykow of Zhao, the leader of the Sykow clan, in Xiaoqing, to be her servant.
While working in the Palace, Yuan gained a crush on Keiko, Zhiruo's relative, who was around his age.
The Aishi Clan[]
Around two years later, Rendi and Peiyi, Zhiruo's children, stole the Blade of Masahiru from the Hu-Fung Clan, and Kaoru Hu-Fung. the then Temporary Leader, ordered the Xiaoqing destroyed, and Zhiruo captured. Along with Keiko, Yuigami, and many other members of the Sykow clan, Yuan fled to the Aishi Clan. There he was adopted by Midori Stutoko and Hisao Tadahashi. He was pretty happy with them and became even happier when his adoptive sister was born, her name was Mika. Eventually, Yuan would become an assassin for the Aishi clan.
One night, while patrolling the forest outside the clan base, he spotted someone wearing Black Lotus getup wandering around. He would attack them, and the assailant put up a good fight, but he detained them, and removed their mask, revealing Keiko. Shocked and heartbroken, he began to back away as she taunted him and shot dark magic at him. She then ordered him to leave the clan, or she would hurt Mika. Seeing Keiko for who she really was, and realising murder wasn't above her, he ran away from the clan in secret...
Going to Iwanai, Aishi Clan Takeover[]
After leaving the Aishi clan, he would go plan on going to Moonlight City, though found out it had been taken over by Irene Aishi and the 'Aishi Empire'. With nowhere to go, Yuan would go the Iwanai, the Imperial city, and hid in the palace, assuming it was abandoned due to its lack of maintenance. However, he would be found by Huo-Ten, the Dragon Emperor, who would later adopt Yuan, and proclaimed him his heir.
However, a year later, in 2037, the Aishi clan invaded the city, and Yuan, Huo-Ten, Prime Minister Ping, and Vice Minister Pheng all tried to escape through the secret tunnels underneath Iwanai Palace, though they were caught by Aishi Samurai, who took them all back to the palace where Irene was to execute them. However, Huo-Ten would make a scene, allowing enough commotion for Yuan to escape. Though he escaped, Huo-Ten, Ping, and Pheng were all executed by Irene, who proclaimed herself the new ruler of Iwanai.
Joining the Dragon's Lotus[]
After leaving Iwanai, he went to Dragon City and joined the Dragon's Lotus after meeting Narti.
Appearance[]
Yuan is a man of average height with a slim athletic build, and light olive skin. He has tousled black hair with olive-green eyes and thick eyebrows.
Often he wore a grey flame-patterned yukata top with black pants and shoes.
