De'carr, also known as The Titan of Deception, is one of the Titans who rule over the Realm of Oni ad Dragon. He is the youngest of the three Warlord Siblings and the prankster of the three.

After the Realm of Oni and Dragon was created by The Big Four, the three Warlord Siblings came to be born of Omega. De'carr was the last to be born and the most deceptive. He was given charge over the Deception Oni.
He would partake in the fight against Dor'Zasz and was present when he was banished to the Cursed Pits.
